- Une attention spécifique est proposée sur la prise de conscience corporelle par le mouvement (méthode Feldenkrais) et le jeu des fondamentaux :
regard : orientation, intensité
respiration : modes respiratoires, composantes organiques, émotionnelles et musicales
tonus : jeu des tensions et relâchement
posture : travail de l'axe vertébral
appui : jeux de transfert, d'équilibre et de poids
sens : sensorialité
- La mise en jeu de ces paramètres conduit à une exploration de l'économie, de la justesse, de la disponibilité du corps dans le mouvement. Empruntés au monde animal, la dynamique, le comportement, le jeu de situation et de territoire peuvent mener à une dimension théâtrale du mouvement.
- Les jeux de l'altérité. Exploration sensible du toucher et du contact jusqu'aux portés : de l'approche (tension d'espace) aux gestes de rencontres, aux combinaisons diverses de portés.
Cette approche se poursuit par la composition et l'écriture corporelles de duos.

- A specific attention is put forward on the body awakening through movement (Feldenkrais method) and the coming into play of fundamental principles such as :
Look: orientation, intensity
Breathing: respiratory modes; organic, emotional and musical components
Tone: play between tension and release
Posture: work on the vertebral axis
Support: play around transfer, balance and weight
Feel: sense organs
-The activation of these parameters show how the body may become more accurate, available, with the minimum energy spent. Dynamics, behaviour, role and territory plays – as observed in the animal world – can lead to a theatrical dimension of movement.
-Games around the relationship with a partner.
Sensitive exploration of touch and contact, all the way to lifts : approach (tension of space), gestures used when the two meet, various combinations of lifts.
Composition and writing of duets.
